Professional Work
Our Charges are normally £80.00 to £150/hour, plus VAT at the prevailing rate and disbursements, depending upon the experience of the professional and the complexity of the issues.
Valuations
Charges will be agreed prior to commencement where possible, due to the complex and individual nature of each property concerned.
Sales
Commission varies depending on the type of property and method of sale (Auction, Tender, Private treaty) but as a general rule is between 1 - 1.5% + VAT of the sale price (subject to minimum fee of £500) plus agreed advertising costs and VAT at the prevailing rate.
Residential Lettings
Commission on rented property is split by reference to the two main services we offer, namely "Letting Only" and "Management".
"Letting Only" commission is 12% of the first 6 months rent, plus advertising and VAT at the prevailing rate. Contact us now to see if you qualify for our discounted rates.
"Management" commission is 14% of the monthly rent, plus advertising and VAT at the prevailing rate. Contact us now to see if you qualify for our discounted rates.
Agricultural
"Management" fee is 10% of rental income received, plus disbursments and VAT at the prevailing rate. Other matters to be negotiated seperately.
Commercial
"Letting" commission is 10% of the first years rent, plus advertising and VAT at the prevailing rate.
