As is to be expected from a long established rural firm with Countryside Traditions our rural practice covers most aspects of Countryside property concerns. We manage estates of some size on a daily basis and provide less intensive involvement on some individual farm properties. We cover most parts of the north west with established clients on the Mersey and in the Lake District.
Our daily work also includes Sales, Auctions, Valuation, Pipeline and Road Schemes, as well as sorting out farm quota and Single Payment issues. We have daily involvement with rent collections, farming arrangements and licences, salmon fishing, telecom masts, ground rents, rough shoots, woodlands and repairs and improvements.
The Firms expertise in Landlord and Tenant is not easily rivalled, and we act for either Landlord or Tenant without favour. We have a strong track record on Farm Business Tenancies, 1986 Act issues, succession and retirement tenancies, Arbitration and Agricultural Land Tribunal cases.
