Girlguiding Uk
The historic Waddow Hall Estate is the home of Girlguiding Uk’s prestigious Training Centre in Lancashire, and since 1980 we have provided assistance in both agricultural, residential and amenity matters.
Trustees of Waddington Hospital
The Trust was originally formed in 1701 by Robert Parker utilising 17th Century buildings to provide homes for widows of the parish. We assist the current Trustees in continuing this ethos by a full management service which now encompasses both residential and agricultural properties.
Lloyd Estate
A family owned rural estate, first recorded as in the ownership of The rev Gamaliel Lloyd in the early 18th Century and still owned by his ancestor. Management of leases and tenancies, rents and collection.
Fountains Hospital Estate
Own rural properties forming the endowment of the Charity, which provides the beautiful almshouses at Linton in Wharfdale. Farms, land, shooting and fishing on the river Wharfe are managed by John Pallister on a consultancy basis.
